Your role
As a social media & content manager (video-first) you areUma's voiceon our social channels. You will build our brand and social media with content that truly reaches, affects and motivates women, with astrong focus on short-form video.
You work closely with the founding team and receivea lot of autonomyto help shape how we approach content and marketing at Uma. You'll get ownership, space to experiment, and the opportunity toto let your role growwith the organization.
What are you going to do
You takeownership of our content strategy and its implementation, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook (LinkedIn and TikTok are a plus).
In concrete terms, you will:
- Developing and translating our content strategytowards clear planning and recognizable formats
- Co-creating content with our healthcare providers: select, record, guide and translate themes into strong, accessible social content
- Creating posts, captions, stories and especially short videos, editing and publishing in Uma tone of voice
- Keep your finger on the pulse by following comments and DMsand thus understand what is going on in our community, which topics are important and which formats work (and which don't)
- Roll out campaigns and collaborations(e.g. launches, creators/influencers, events)
- Sharing insights and learningswith the team and make suggestions for improvements
- Occasionally contribute tomailings or the newsletter when necessary
- If you wish, you can also contribute to long-form content (blogs, scripts, educational formats)
Who we are looking for
- You have2 to 5 years of experiencewith social media, preferably for B2C brands
- You arestrong in content and storytellingand know how to grow a channel
- You arevideo-first: you can film yourself and preferably also edit and publish (CapCut, Adobe or similar)
- You workindependent, takesownershipand loves building
- Youcommunicates clearly and with nuance, even with sensitive issues
- Dutch and English are a must, French is a big plus
- You haveaffinity with women's healthand community building
Bonus points if you also have experience with TikTok or LinkedIn, can manage creators, or have already worked with (small) paid social campaigns. Knowledge of SEO, GEO, or marketing automation is a plus.
